Breath Work
Breath work is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. Breathing techniques are tools for major transformation and healing. Breath work encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension.
Shakti Fire Flow
This is yoga based movement.
As you flow through the class, you'll be encouraged to explore spirals, symbolizing the cyclical nature of life and the continuous evolution of your practice. Spirals provide a sense of fluidity and grace, helping you connect with your body's natural rhythms and unleash your inner strength.
Embracing the spirit of fun and playfulness, shakti fire flow also invites you to shake off inhibitions and embrace your authentic self. Through booty shaking and joyful movement, you'll experience a sense of liberation and self-acceptance, creating space for transformation and self-discovery.
Guided Meditations
This is where you will find your guided mediations. They will range from 15-34 minutes. If you find that you are not ready for meditation, go back to the breath work until your mind can settle.
These are powerful visualizations for rewiring your neural pathways, for bringing up hidden emotions and for connecting to your own deeper wisdom.
Shameless Self Care
You will find both nourishing self care exercises and challenging physical and emotional exercises. You need both to deepen your practice.
