Week One - Shakti Fire Flow intro
This is your first 30 minute movement sequence. We will go over the basics of spiraling through the chakras in several positions and let each part of us dance and move.
Week Two - Root Shakti Fire Flow
This 33:30 min. movement sequence is nurturing and grounding, but will also give you a chance to move and play with your inner child.
Week Three - Sacral Shakti Fire Flow
This 29 min. movement sequence is more intense with lots of lower abdomen activation. You will definitely find your abs and become aware of your sacral chakra area.
Week Four - Solar Plexus Shakti Fire Flow
Fire up your abs and open your solar plexus, in this one. We will also work on the hip flexors loosening up.
Week Five - Heart Shakti Fire Flow
Have a chair nearby and get ready to open the heart and get a good arm workout.
Week Six - Throat Shakti Fire Flow
We start with a neck massage and end with awakening from Shavasana. Stay til the end :)
Week Seven - 3rd Eye Shakti Fire Flow
This one is fun, energetic and imaginative. All the things we want from our 3rd Eye.
Week Eight - Crown Shakti Fire Flow
Spiral from top to bottom, bottom to top and get rooted to rise. This is a fun, overall chakra tune up!
