I have my Hormone Health certification from IIN (Integrative Institute of Nutrition), as well as being certified as a pilates and yoga instructor with 22 years of experience teaching emotional release through movement and breathwork. I have a certification in Meditation & an advanced certification in intuitive channeling, as well as an Essential Oil specialist certification.
